Do you sell prescription medicines online?

No. This store carries cosmetics, dermocosmetics, supplements, baby care, oral care, medical devices and first-aid supplies only. For prescription medicine, please visit the pharmacy in Baalbek or call us and we will prepare it for you.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery only. You pay the driver when the order arrives, in US dollars or Lebanese pounds. We do not accept cards or online payments.

Which exchange rate do you use?

One rate set by the pharmacy and shown in the store. The rate is locked onto your order the moment you place it, so the amount you owe never changes afterwards, even if the rate is updated later.

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No. You can check out as a guest with just your name, phone number and address. An account only saves your addresses and lets you see your past orders and wishlist.

How long does delivery take?

Same day inside Douris and Baalbek city, within 24 hours for the Bekaa and Zahle, and one to three working days for Beirut, Mount Lebanon and the rest of the country.

How do I track my order?

Open the Track order page and enter your order number together with the phone number you ordered with. You will see the current status and its history.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 7 days, as long as it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Opened cosmetics, opened supplements and used devices cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Yes. Every brand we carry is sourced through its authorised distributor in Lebanon, and the batch and expiry are checked before dispatch.
