Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery fees depend on your area and are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Free delivery applies automatically once your order reaches the threshold shown in your cart.
Payment
Cash on delivery only. You pay the driver in cash, in US dollars or Lebanese pounds, when the order reaches you. The amount in both currencies is written on your order confirmation and is fixed at the exchange rate used when you ordered.
Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is:
- unopened and unused, with its seal intact, and
- in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetics, opened supplements, used medical devices, or any item stored outside the conditions printed on its pack.
If an item arrives damaged, expired, or is not what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with your order number and a photo — we will replace it or refund it, and we cover the return delivery.
Cancelling an order
Call or message us as soon as possible with your order number. Any order that has not yet left the pharmacy can be cancelled free of charge.
