What we collect

To deliver an order we need your name, phone number and delivery address. If you create an account we also store your email address, if you give one, and your saved addresses and order history.

We do not collect payment card details, because we do not accept card payments.

Why we keep it

• To prepare, deliver and track your order.
• To contact you about that order by phone or WhatsApp.
• To keep a record of what we sold, as any pharmacy must.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by the pharmacy staff handling your order and by the driver delivering it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

If the store uses analytics (Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), those tools receive anonymous usage statistics — not your name, phone or address.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep sales records. You may ask us to delete your account and your saved addresses at any time.

Your rights

Call the pharmacy or message us on WhatsApp to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart, your chosen language and your chosen display currency between visits. No advertising cookies are set without analytics being enabled in the store settings.
