By placing an order you confirm that the details you give us are correct and that you are able to receive the order at the address and phone number provided.

Products and advice

Product descriptions on this site are for information only. Nothing here is a medical diagnosis or a substitute for professional advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, treating a child, or taking prescription medication, speak to our pharmacist or your doctor before starting a new product or supplement.

We do not sell prescription medicines through this website.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars and Lebanese pounds. The Lebanese pound amount is calculated from the exchange rate set in the store at the moment you order, and that rate is recorded on your order so it does not change afterwards.

Prices, offers and stock levels may change without notice. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatching the rest of the order.

Orders

An order is a request to buy. It becomes binding once we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or a status update.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the phone number cannot be reached, if previous orders were refused on delivery, or if we suspect misuse. Repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery orders may lead to the phone number being blocked.

Reviews

Reviews you submit are published only after our team approves them. We remove reviews containing personal data, offensive language, or medical claims.
